By accessing or using CrownHosts’ website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
CrownHosts provides web hosting, domain registration and management, business email, SSL certificates, website design, AI-powered solutions, Business Bundles, and related digital services.
To use certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use our Services to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Fees for Services are billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis, as applicable. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all applicable fees on time. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services.
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry and ICANN (where applicable), in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for renewing your domain before expiry; CrownHosts is not liable for domains that lapse due to non-renewal.
You are responsible for the content hosted on your account and for maintaining backups where not otherwise provided. We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
If you purchase a Starter Bundle, Growth Bundle, or Business Bundle, the following additional terms apply.
Bundle Services — Depending on the bundle selected, your purchase may include domain registration, hosting, SSL, business email, website design and development, ongoing maintenance, security monitoring, technical support, and other add-ons as described on our Pricing page.
Onboarding Fee — A one-time onboarding fee applies in Year One and covers initial consultation, project planning, website setup, hosting and domain configuration, email setup, and deployment. This fee is payable before project work begins and does not recur on renewal.
Your Responsibilities — To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide accurate business information, supply any text, images, logos, or branding materials required, and respond to requests for approval within a reasonable time. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may extend delivery timelines.
Website Development — Development begins once payment is received and any required content has been supplied. We’ll provide drafts for your review and include a reasonable number of revisions. Requests outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.
Maintenance and Support — Maintenance and support are provided according to your selected bundle, and may include software updates, security patches, backup monitoring, and technical support. Maintenance does not include redesigns or new feature development unless purchased separately.
Renewals and Cancellation — Business Bundles renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for services already delivered — see our Refund Policy for details.
Ownership — Once your bundle is paid in full, you own your website content and, where included, your logo and any custom graphics created specifically for your project. CrownHosts retains ownership of its internal systems, hosting platform, automation tools, and proprietary software.
Electronic Acceptance — By completing checkout and confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, including this Business Bundles section, and that your electronic acceptance is legally binding — equivalent to a handwritten signature. We record your name, business name (if provided), email address, order number, purchased bundle, the date and time of acceptance, your IP address (where available), and the version of these Terms you accepted, as evidence of this agreement.
All CrownHosts branding, website content, and platform technology remain the property of CrownHosts. You retain ownership of content you upload or host through our Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrownHosts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in question over the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold CrownHosts harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice, except in cases of serious or repeated violations where immediate termination may apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
